It's Time For Me To Quit Watching Chopped

May 19, 2015

I have been a huge fan of Chopped, on Food Network since I can remember. I started watching the show years ago. The way I see it now, it can be annoying the way the judges/critics of the contestants judge the food. When a contestant doesn’t put enough food on the plate it is not good enough to be an appetizer, entrée or dessert.

When it has too much food on the plate they’ll complain it is too much. When can they agree altogether as long as the food tastes really good and not by judging how much that’s on the plate? You can judge the food by not criticizing like an asshole. Like Maneet Chauhan, competed in the Chopped All Stars, she didn’t even make it to the entrée round got chopped on the first round.

But when she judges on Chopped, she thinks she’s better than anybody else. Same with these judges: Alex Guarnaschelli, Aaron Sanchez, Chris Santos, Scott Conant and Marc Murphy. Maybe it’s time for me to quit watching Chopped, on Food Network, just like with what I did with Real Housewives of Atlanta and Shahs of Sunset. Not watching these shows are not missed at all.
